GAPP Services (Georgia Pediatric Program)
We are proud to offer services through the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP), a Medicaid program designed for medically fragile children between from birth and 21 years of age. This program provides both skilled and unskilled nursing services to ensure that children with complex medical needs receive the care they require in the comfort of their own homes.
